  • 发布与分享：发图文或视频笔记，自动压缩并去除拍摄位置等隐私信息；可标记地点、一键分享链接或长图到微信。
  • 视频：边下边播、打开即播，支持系统画中画；清晰度可选（自动 / 高清 / 省流量，省流量约为高清的一成流量，历史视频同样可选）。
  • 问答：匿名提问、提问人身份不公开；可读专业回答与关联文章，提问被回答时收到站内提醒。
  • 账号与安全：Apple 登录，多设备登录互不干扰并可管理；面容 / 指纹锁，切到后台自动遮挡内容。
  • 往期精选与体验：349 期往期问答精选视频；跟随系统字体大小、深色模式、iPad 多列布局、支持系统「旁白」。

PrismEra — a content-sharing and Q&A community for the LGBTQ+ community.

  • Browsing: home shows news, articles and resources by category, with important posts pinned to the top; Discover is a waterfall of photo and video notes.
  • Publishing & sharing: post photo or video notes — media is compressed and shooting-location metadata is removed; tag a location and share a link or long image to WeChat.
  • Video: streams while downloading so playback starts instantly, with system Picture in Picture; Video Quality (Auto / High / Data Saver) — Data Saver uses about a tenth of the data, and existing videos support it too.
  • Q&A: ask anonymously — the asker is never identified; read professional answers and related articles, and get an in-app notice when your question is answered.
  • Account & security: Sign in with Apple, manage your signed-in devices, and add a Face ID / passcode lock that covers the screen when you switch away.
  • Classic episodes & experience: 349 past Q&A episodes; follows your system text size, dark mode, multi-column layout on iPad, and VoiceOver.

The features above are the full iOS app; the read-only Android app keeps browsing and anonymous questions only (see the platform notes below).

  2. 系统会提示「不允许安装未知来源应用」，请在提示中选择允许（部分机型需进入「设置」→ 允许此来源安装）。
  3. 如果手机中已安装旧版本，会提示是否更新，直接确认即可。

關於這兩個版本

iOS 版是完整版：透過 App Store 分發，需 iOS 26.5 或以上。Android 版是唯讀版：透過本頁下載安裝檔，需 Android 8.0 或以上。

Android 唯讀版可以：瀏覽全部文章、筆記、影片與問答；支援匿名提問。

About the two editions

The iOS app is the full version: distributed through the App Store, and it requires iOS 26.5 or later. The Android app is a read-only build: installed from this page, and it requires Android 8.0 or later.

The Android read-only build can browse all articles, notes, videos and Q&A, and supports anonymous questions.

The Android read-only build does not support sign-in, posting, comments, likes or bookmarks, reporting, or customer service.

Both apps read the same content source and stay in sync in real time. Accounts are not shared between the Android and iOS apps.

How to install

iOS:

  1. Tap “Get it on the App Store” above to open the PrismEra page on the App Store.
  2. Tap “Get” and confirm (free; an Apple ID is required), then wait for the install to finish.

Android:

  1. After the download finishes, open PrismEra-1.3.apk from your notification shade or file manager.
  2. Android will warn that installing apps from unknown sources is not allowed — choose Allow (on some devices: Settings → allow installs from this source).
  3. If an older version is already installed, confirm the update when prompted.
